We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for a Director II – Product Management on our Health Solution team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 2 days a week in the office.
As a Director II – Product Management, you will manage the portfolio lifecycle for the CPT Product Line. This includes developing and leading product strategy, identifying new opportunities and markets for growth, business case development, lifecycle management, go-to-market planning and execution. Communicate a clear product vision with the line of business program and product managers to drive product roadmaps, execution, implementation, direction and transparency. Actively work with sales, marketing, operations, market research, and engineering teams to develop and drive product strategy and cross-functional alignment.

REQUIREMENTS:
This role is an exempt position, and the salary range for this position is $176,205-$233,988. This is the lowest to highest salary we believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to business consideration, geographical location, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
