The Landscaping Attendant is responsible for general landscape maintenance, including tending to gardens, trim work, weeding, watering, raking, and planting throughout the hotel property. This person must have the ability to lift moderate to heavy weight and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Spring clean up

· Edging landscape beds, trees and shrubs

· Mulching landscape beds

· Topsoil trouble spots on lawns

· Seed and sod applications

· Fertilizing landscape

· Weed whacking and weed pulling throughout landscape

· Daily walkway and path check

· Watering of annuals

· Occasional landscape watering

· Fall clean ups and close downs

Qualifications

· Shifts are scheduled between 6:00am-3:00pm

· Must have a valid Driver’s License

· Must be willing to work in all weather

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

· Experience helpful but will train
