ExteriorSealPros is a leading home improvement company in Fort Myers, specializing in premium windows, doors, roofs, siding, and more. We’re known for our no-nonsense approach and exceptional customer satisfaction.

We’re hiring motivated Independent Lead Generators to secure leads, primarily through door-to-door canvassing, for free quote appointments. Earn a 5% commission on every sale—our average sale is $25,000, netting you $1,250 per lead, and in high-value communities, sales can hit $100,000, earning you $5,000 per lead!

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing or other marketing methods
• Set appointments for free quotes with homeowners
• Keep accurate records of leads and appointments
• Work with our sales team to ensure successful follow-ups

Compensation

• 5% commission on every sale from your leads
• Average sale: $25,000 = $1,250 commission per lead
• High-value sales: Up to $100,000 = $5,000 commission per lead
• Unlimited earning potential

Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Ability to work independently
• No experience required; full training provided
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus
