Position Overview

We're hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative based in California to help expand our presence and drive revenue growth. This is a remote role with access to our showrooms in Los Angeles and Orange County.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with contractors, architects, and developers
• Analyze architectural plans and advise on design, code compliance, and product fit
• Create professional quotes using manufacturer software
• Guide clients through the sales process with consistent follow-up

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of window and door sales experience
• Proven success in B2B sales and working with premium brands
• Familiarity with Title 24 and blueprint reading
• Located in California and able to visit our showrooms
• Strong quoting software and MS Office skills
