Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Manufacturing/Process Technician to support our production operations and ensure our manufacturing processes run efficiently and safely. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to monitor production, troubleshoot equipment, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Record and analyze process data to support quality and production goals.
• Support new product introduction and process validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and maintenance.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP, OSHA).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
• Comfortable working with automated machinery and computerized systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
