The Registered Nurse in Psych Emergency Services is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, high-stress environment at a major healthcare system. They utilize comprehensive nursing practices including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective, ethical, and culturally sensitive care. This role emphasizes leadership, evidence-based practice, and professional accountability in providing emergency psychiatric care under challenging conditions.
