This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office! After another office turned me away and told me I would have to wait four months, I called Androscoggin Valley Dental office yesterday. The staff scheduled me for the very next day. The problem was simply a filling that had fallen out. The cost was explained to me and, once I approved it, the filling was replaced within 30 minutes. I was lied to and miss lead by your office. I was informed my x-ray records I had could be transferred and I could have a cleaning once dentist saw me. X-rays were taken again by your office. Dentist measured my gum lines. Stated they were all threes. I knew this wasn't true due to my past history. He also stated I would lose my bottom teeth if I didn't do the treatment recommended. 4000 dollars worth. He Past me the form to sign right now. Told me it be another 295 for a cleaning. I may look stupid but I am not! I was fuming. I will be reporting your office. I was able to see another dentist following day. Cleaning was 72 dollars and everything your dentist told me was untrue.
